By booking an appointment at EvanEssence Esthetics, you agree to the following...


Late Rescheduling, Cancellations & No-Shows:

24 hours of advance notice is required to reschedule or cancel your service free of charge. Same-day reschedules will incur a fee of $50 charged to the card on file, and same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged for the full price of the service. Package sessions or membership credits may be forfeited in lieu of a fee.

Late Arrivals:

I always try to be understanding of lateness, so there is a 10 minute grace period to arrive for your service. After that, services may be shortened in order to end on time. If the service cannot be completed in the remaining time, the appointment is treated as a late cancellation or no-show and the corresponding fee applies. Habitual lateness of more than 15 minutes would additionally be subject to a $25 penalty for each late arrival starting with the third consecutively repeated offense.

Refunds:

We accept cash, major credit cards, and approved digital wallets. All services are non-refundable. If you have a concern, please contact me within 72 hours. I can offer a complimentary 30 minute follow-up service to assess the situation and adjust or repair as needed. Retail products may be exchanged within 14 days if used as directed and not compatible.

Medical Disclosures:

You are responsible for providing accurate health and medication information. We reserve the right to decline or adjust services based on any contraindications.

Conduct:

EvanEssence Esthetics welcomes all clients regardless of age, gender, race, religion, or sexual orientation. We maintain a safe and inclusive professional environment for everyone, especially our friends in the queer community. Disruptive, disrespectful, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and will result in refusal of service.

Privacy Policy

EvanEssence Esthetics respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. When you book an appointment, purchase a product, or sign up for our newsletter, we collect only the information needed to provide your service (such as name, email, phone number, and relevant health disclosures).

We never sell or rent your information to third parties. Limited information may be shared with third-party booking and payment processors (e.g., Square, Acuity Scheduling) solely to complete your transaction.
Health and intake information is stored securely and accessible only to licensed providers involved in your care. You may request to access, correct, or delete your records at any time.

By using our website and booking services, you consent to this Privacy Policy. Updates will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.

Health Information Confidentiality Policy

While EvanEssence Esthetics is not a medical provider and therefore not bound by federal HIPAA regulations, we voluntarily uphold the highest standards of client confidentiality.

Any health history or intake forms you complete related to skincare are used only to customize your treatments and protect your safety. These records are stored securely and are never shared without your written consent, except as required by law.

You may request a copy of your intake form or have your records deleted at any time.
